Next Sport Launch: The next launch is Saturday, June 14th, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Syracuse Rocket Club launch site. The launch theme is Classic Kits and the SRC Club Rocket. The contest is Sport Scale.

NOTICE: The June launch is on! Due to the condition of the field we will be launching from the Turner Rd. site. Please see the map if you are unfamiliar with the site. Unfortunately due to the weather mowing the hay has been difficult, there is only a small field on Turner Rd. that has been mowed, the rest of the fields are approx 3-4ft tall. Please plan accordingly so your rockets are able to be recovered!

NOTICE: We are able to launch high power (Class 2) rockets again! Our waiver of 3,200ft will be in effect during the June launch.

The Syracuse Rocket Club welcomes families and anyone interested in the hobby to attend our launches. We have rockets available for children to fly and take home. We will teach new flyers how to prep and fly their rockets. Join us at our next monthly club meeting or launch.
